The core rule

PRVEN gear is earned, not bought. By submitting proof of achievement and purchasing tier-specific items, you confirm that you genuinely achieved the listed standard. Fraudulent submissions — falsified videos, tampered weights, staged performances, or claiming a competition result that is not yours — result in a permanent account ban and forfeiture of any purchased items.

Eligibility

There is no age requirement to browse PRVEN or buy anything in the shop.

You must be 16 or older to submit proof. Submitting means sending us video of a maximal physical effort along with your bodyweight, and we hold that record — so we ask for a date of birth and enforce that floor. If you are under 16 you can't submit yet, but nothing stops you buying — and the standards aren't going anywhere.

Purchases

All prices are in US dollars. By completing a purchase you agree that payment is final. We do not offer refunds (see our Returns Policy). PRVEN reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or policy violation.

Intellectual property

PRVEN, the PRVEN logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of PRVEN. You may not reproduce, copy, or use PRVEN branding without express written permission.

Submission content

Proof can be a video, a photo, or the details of a sanctioned competition result. By submitting any of these you grant PRVEN a limited license to use that content for the purpose of reviewing and verifying your achievement, and you confirm that any competition result you cite is your own. We will not use your submission for marketing or public display without your consent.

The submit form has an optional checkbox giving us permission to show your clip publicly, alongside your name and the standard you hit. It is unticked by default, and leaving it unticked changes nothing about how your submission is reviewed. If you tick it and later change your mind, email info@prven.co and we'll take it down.

Limitation of liability

PRVEN is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of PRVEN after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
