Cost
Free on $100+
Orders under $100 ship for a flat $8.00, anywhere in the US. The threshold counts the items in your cart before tax.
Delivery
2–5 days in transit
USPS Ground Advantage, US only, once your order ships. Made-to-order pieces say so on their product page, with their own timeline.
Processing Time
Pieces we ship from stock leave within 3–5 business days of payment. Made-to-order pieces are produced after you order, and their product page states how long that takes — check it before you buy. If your order mixes the two, they may arrive separately. Either way, you get an email with tracking the moment each package ships.
Delivery Estimate
Once shipped, USPS Ground Advantage delivers in 2–5 business days anywhere in the US. For pieces from stock, that's usually about 1–2 weeks from order to door. For made-to-order pieces, add the production time shown on the product page.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on the roadmap. If you're outside the US and want to be notified when it's available, email us at info@prven.co.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also find your tracking number in your account under Order History.
Order not arrived? Email info@prven.co with your order number and we'll track it down.
