Privacy Policy.

What we collect

When you use PRVEN, we may collect:

• Support requests — your name, email, topic, message and any order reference are kept in our private support inbox so we can respond, including when an email notification fails
• Account info — name, email address, country
• Submission content — video proof, performance data, and metadata you provide when submitting
• Shipping address — collected when you place an order
• Order history — what you purchased and when
• Competition results — where you prove a standard with a sanctioned result instead of a video: the meet, the federation, the date, and a link if you give one
• Submission drafts — details you explicitly save to your private account. A successful submission or Discard saved draft clears the saved draft. Video files and consent checkboxes are not included.
• Claimed goals — if you tell us which number you're going after, we keep your email address with that sport and tier so we can tell you when it's relevant
• Mailing list — your email address, if you sign up for it. You can leave at any time
• Session data — a signed cookie that keeps you logged in and holds your cart. No third-party or advertising cookies
• Browser preferences — your theme, chosen sport and training target are saved on this device. Use Reset in the sport bar to clear the target.

How we use it

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Verify achievement submissions
• Fulfill and ship orders
• Send transactional emails (submission status, order confirmation, shipping)
• Maintain your account and earned tier history
• Respond to support requests

We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

What we never do

• Sell your personal data to third parties
• Use your submission videos for marketing without explicit consent
• Store your payment card information (payments processed by Stripe)
• Share your data with advertisers

Third-party services

Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data. We receive confirmation of payment but never see or store card details.

Cloudinary — video and image hosting for submission content and product photos.

SendGrid — transactional email delivery.

Plausible — privacy-first traffic measurement. It sets no cookies, records no personal data, and does not track anyone across sites. We use it to understand visits, standard selections, submission starts and completions, and shopping steps. We send fixed event names, without form entries, video links, addresses or account details.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing info@prven.co from the address on the account. We'll process it within 30 days.

When we do: your account, submissions, review decisions and unlock records are deleted, and your entry comes off the public Archive. We keep the record of any order you placed, with your name and address removed from it — a completed purchase is a financial record we're required to retain, so we erase you from it rather than erasing the transaction. We'll also take your address off the mailing list at the same time.

To stop the newsletter without deleting anything else, use the unsubscribe page or the link at the bottom of any newsletter.
