Frequently asked questions.

Everything you need to know before you submit.

How do I submit proof?

Sign in with your verified athlete account, choose your challenge and get an attempt code before filming. Show that code in your continuous recording, upload it, and submit. Competition results use the separate results option. We review every submission personally.

Do I have to film it?

Not always. For powerlifting, running, swimming and cycling you can send a sanctioned competition result instead — the meet, the federation, the date, and a required link to the published result. A judged, witnessed, federation-recorded lift is stronger evidence than any phone video, and it's usually reviewed faster. Bodyweight and climbing are video-only, because nobody independent sanctions a set of pull-ups or a self-logged send. Results have to be from the last two years.

What makes a valid proof video?

The video must show the full movement in one take — no cuts. Weights, distances, or times must be clearly visible. For new powerlifting attempts, meet the published target for your weight class using eligible raw equipment. Show the scale at zero, your stable clothed weight and the readable bar load in the same uncut take. This footage stays review-only. For endurance events a GPS watch or finish-line clock must appear on screen.

How long does review take?

Standard and Proven submissions are reviewed within 48 hours. Gold submissions get a second, slower review against stricter evidence requirements and may take up to 5 business days.

What if my submission is denied?

You'll get an email explaining exactly what was wrong. There's a 2-day cooldown on that specific challenge so you have time to fix it rather than resubmitting the same video, and then a 30-day window to send a new attempt. Resubmitting is always free, and the standard never changes — only your evidence needs to.

How do I unlock the shop after approval?

You'll receive an email with a personal shop-unlock link. You can also log in to your account at any time to access your earned items.

What are the three tiers?

Standard is above average — a real number most people never reach. Proven means you're training seriously and outperforming the vast majority. Gold is elite — set so that very few people will ever reach it. Check the Standards page to see exact numbers.

Can I earn multiple tiers?

Yes. You can earn tiers across different sports (e.g., Powerlifting Standard and Running Proven). Each sport unlocks its own section of the shop.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on the roadmap.

How long does shipping take?

Pieces we ship from stock leave within 3–5 business days of payment, then USPS delivers in 2–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces are produced after you order and take longer — the product page says how long. You'll get tracking by email when each package ships.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We offer exchanges within 30 days on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. We do not offer refunds. Defective or incorrect items are replaced at no charge. See our Returns Policy for full details.

What size should I order?

Every product page carries its own measurements and fit notes — read those first, because fit varies by piece. If you are between sizes and want it closer to the body, size down. Get it wrong and you can exchange it within 30 days; see the Returns Policy for how that works.

Is the achievement marked on the garment?

Yes — the sport and the tier you earned are part of the piece rather than a hangtag you throw away, and Gold pieces are individually numbered. Exact placement and finish are shown on each product page.

Is anything available without earning it?

A small open range, yes — basics with no sport or tier on them, listed under Open Stock. Everything that carries a standard is locked, and the only way to open it is to hit the number. The open range exists so there is something to buy before you have earned anything; it is deliberately not the gear that means something.

Who sees my video?

One reviewer. Videos are not public, not shown to other athletes, and not posted anywhere by default. There is an optional tick box on the submit form that lets us show your clip publicly with your name and the standard you hit — it is off unless you turn it on, and you can withdraw it later by emailing us.

Is there an age requirement?

You need to be 16 or older to submit proof, because a submission means we hold video of a maximal physical effort. There is no age limit on buying — the shop is open to everyone.

Do I need an account to submit?

No — you can submit without an account. But creating one lets you track submissions, see your approved tiers, and pre-fill future submission forms.
