Exchanges
Items may be exchanged for a different size within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original tags attached. To start an exchange, email info@prven.co with your order number and the size you need.
No Refunds
Because every PRVEN item is tied to a verified achievement, we do not offer monetary refunds on completed purchases. You earned the right to buy it — we want to make sure you're happy with what you receive, so if something is wrong, reach out and we'll fix it.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, we will replace it at no charge within 60 days of delivery. Send a photo and your order number to info@prven.co.
Achievement Verification
Submitting proof is free — there is no fee to pay and nothing to refund. We review every submission personally, and approval decisions are final unless a technical error occurred during submission.
