What does reviewable proof look like?

For example: begin recording before the attempt, show the required load or grade clearly, keep your full body and the movement visible, then finish the attempt before stopping the recording. Follow your sport’s specific proof rules; this example does not guarantee approval.

Before uploading, play the entire clip on your phone. Check that the numbers are readable and nothing leaves the frame. Keep the original file until you receive a decision.

Start before you film

Sign in with a verified athlete account, choose your complete challenge, then get a code. Show it clearly on paper at the start of one continuous take. The code expires 48 hours after issuance and can be submitted once. It stays with your account if you reload or sign back in. Getting a new code replaces the old one.

Plan your recording: your sport
  1. Get your attempt code before filming and show it clearly in the recording.
  2. Keep the complete performance and required measurements visible in one uncut take.
  3. Play back the entire clip before uploading. Keep your original until review is complete.

For new powerlifting attempts: choose a weight class and meet its displayed load. Raw equipment only: belt, wrist wraps and knee sleeves are allowed; no supportive suits, bench shirts, knee wraps or straps. In the same uncut recording, show the scale at zero, your stable reading (fully clothed, with units visible), the code, readable plates and the entire lift. Keep the same clothes on. Never move equipment or leave a loaded bar unattended just to satisfy filming. If a safe continuous setup is unavailable, use official competition results.

Powerlifting recordings include weigh-in evidence and are review-only: uploaded as authenticated media, never shown in the public Archive. A nominal 45 lb plate is only a rough check, not proof of accurate calibration.
